After I had received my Master’s Degree (MSW) as a therapist (LGSW), I began training to conduct NFB.
Neurofeedback is my passion and focus in my practice. Several years ago, my own children had NFB, with life changing results after two of my children had brain injuries. Now they are able to live life to the fullest. I knew that I had to help others experience neurofeedback so that they can be who they are really are and live their life as well as they can.
You don’t have to have had a brain injury for neurofeedback to reboot your brain. Professional sports teams have their own neurofeedback provider. It is conducted in hospitals, rehab centers, drug and alcohol centers, and school systems. We all want our brains to work as well as it can.
It is time for you to take back control of your life, call today so that I can sit down with you and explain how I may help you be better.
Equipment & System
There are some cheap machines and practitioners with little training. If the neurofeedback equipment is powerful enough to make your symptoms better than it can make your symptoms worse. Not all machines work in the same way nor can all machines individualize treatment. Some equipment can only work with a few conditions.
I have been trained to conduct neurofeedback with three different systems. I have confidence that I have the best system in the world. There are many different systems, equipment, and practitioner training required to conduct neurofeedback. Intellect LLC utilizes Cygnet equipment and the Othmer Method from EEG Info. It is the world’s leader with the state of the art system in neurofeedback for therapeutic applications.
