Getting Started

Our program is set up to enable you to receive the best results. Neurofeedback is done twice a week. When you learn a new skill, you need to practice more than once a week to make progress so that neurons will rewire or rebuild pathways.  If you do not complete your sessions, the results will not hold more than a few months. 

We only accept payment for 10 sessions at a time and ask that you commit to a minimum of 20 sessions.  You may discontinue NFB at any time and we will reimburse you for the sessions you have not done. We will evaluate at every session to ensure that NFB is working for you.

Let us sit down with you and explain what you can expect from NFB and how easy it is. 

The initial assessment is about one hour. The assessment forms must be filled out before this appointment, so that we have time to conduct your first NFB session at the assessment appointment.

Rates

$150.00 per session

Insurance

We DO NOT accept insurance.  Call your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you. If you are conducting therapy, I can PROVIDE YOU WITH A SUPERBILL TO FILE WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY for possible reimbursement. 

Payment

I accept credit cards,  HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flex Spending) cards, checks, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
